Mold Mitigation in Everett

A small, undetected water leak behind the dishwasher in this Everett apartment, led to extensive mold development on the back wall of the kitchen cabinets. Mold spread beyond just the backside of the dishwasher, including under the sink (shown above).

SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe carefully removed the faces of the cabinets for later re-use, braced and supported the countertops, and collapsed the cabinet boxes. Drywall behind the cabinets was removed and wet studs were dried. Mold was then contained and removed.
After mold mitigation, our team repaired the drywall and rebuilt the cabinets under the counter tops. The cabinets were refaced with the original drawer fronts and drawers.
