Restoration of Water Damaged Dental Office in Mill Creek

Water can move quickly through a building, and that was the case in this two-story Mill Creek building. The sprinkler head in the hallway environmental control closet malfunctioned early in the morning, causing gallons of water to flood this second story dental office and two other businesses in the building. The offices, operating areas, break room and hallways were impacted. Along with the dental office, a financial office and restaurant experienced water damage.

This hallway outside the dental operating rooms had a large area that needed drying. SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe extracted water, removed damaged carpet and drywall, and dried all affected areas. After drying our team rebuilt demolished areas, replacing drywall and flooring.
