Mold Remediation in Lake Stevens House

Extensive mold growth was found in this Lake Stevens attic. A lack of ventilation and good airflow created a prime environment for microbial growth.
SERVPRO of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe came in a started the mold remediation process. First, insulation was removed to ensure any spores in the insulation were removed. Our team then removed all microbial growth from the space. Containment chambers were set up to contain spores, and a HEPA vacuum was used to collect spores on the sheetrock. HEPA air scrubbers were used to collect any spores released into the air during vacuuming. Finally we treated the plywood sheathing with MMR solution to remove any roots remaining.
